Hi, I'm Laura.

For years, I thought fitness was about changing how you look. But along the way, I discovered that the biggest transformation happens on the inside. True strength isn't about doing more. It's about moving with intention, balance and consistency.

Movement transformed not only my body, but also my confidence, mindset and the way I show up in life. Today, I help women feel strong, energised and confident through Pilates, mindful movement and sustainable habits that fit into real life without extremes.

My Story

As a young girl, I was shy and afraid to speak up. I admired women who seemed confident and comfortable being themselves.

For a long time, I thought confidence was something you either had or you didn't. But through movement, discipline and stepping outside of my comfort zone, I discovered that confidence isn't something you're born with. It's something you build.

For years, I was afraid of making the wrong decisions. I often chose what felt safe over what felt right, believing that if I stayed patient long enough, everything would eventually work itself out.

Some of the biggest turning points in my life came from stepping outside of my comfort zone. They taught me to trust myself more and showed me that true strength doesn’t come from constantly pushing harder. It lies in balance, consistency and learning to work with yourself instead of against yourself.

Those experiences shaped the woman I am today and continue to influence the way I teach.

Because movement is about so much more than physical results. It's about learning to trust yourself, showing up consistently and becoming stronger from the inside out.

This philosophy is also the foundation of the Go Fit with Laura App, where I help women build healthy routines through Pilates, strength training, nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

Move with intention

Exercise should support your life, not take it over. Through Pilates and strength training, I help women build strength, mobility and body awareness in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.

Consistency over perfection

Transformation doesn't come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from showing up, again and again. Small actions repeated consistently create lasting change.

True wellbeing goes beyond movement alone. That's why I believe in a holistic approach that combines movement, mindset and lifestyle habits to help you feel your best, physically and mentally.
